Founded in 2016 as a family business, Gamera Interactive set out on a mission to develop my childhood dream project, a role-playing game inspired by the good old things from the 90s and by the games I used to love as player. Since then, we have evolved into an award-winning boutique game label, releasing a diverse array of games on both PC and consoles, and empowering indie developers through our publishing label, ReLaunch. Moreover, Gamera Gameslab, an integral branch of the studio, nurtures talent through formation courses and partnerships with esteemed studios and universities. 

Over the years, we have proudly released nearly 20 games on PC and consoles, including both in-house developed projects [serving as Executive Producer and Game Director] and titles from third-party studios. With ReLaunch, our small but mighty publishing label, we provided platform for indie games that may have initially missed the exposure they deserved. The studio, offers formation courses too, in collaboration with esteemed partners such as Obsidian Entertainment, Curve Digital, Play Magic, SOEDESCO and many more. We take immense pride in setting up the first Game Production course in Italy and the very first Game Design course in high schools across the country. Additionally, we work closely with universities to shape the new generation of Game Producers. 

In 2019, I have created DStars and DStars Connects emerged as the premier conference in Italy dedicated to game development. A hub for creativity and knowledge exchange, DStars Connects connects industry professionals and celebrates Italian game developers through the prestigious DStars Awards.

The long-awaited release of Alaloth - Champions of the Four Kingdoms happened on June 30, 2022. The idea of this game has been close to my heart since my adolescent years. Set in a meticulously crafted world, Alaloth is a unique and award-winning game that defies traditional genres, blending old-school charm with modern action RPG elements. Inspired by my fond memories of pen-and-paper sessions, the game brings 3D mechanics to an isometric view, earning it the endearing title of  illegitimate child of Baldur's Gate and Dark Souls. The vision of Alaloth has been a lifelong passion project, inspired by the notes and memories from the pen-and-paper sessions I ran during my adolescent years. The world of Plamen has grown and evolved with me, fueled by creativity and the desire to create an immersive and unforgettable gaming experience. As Alaloth took shape, we set out to create a game that stood apart from conventional RPGs. By blending old-school charm with modern action mechanics, we struck a harmonious balance that appealed to both veterans and new players alike. The 3D mechanics within an isometric view added an innovative twist, setting the game apart in the gaming landscape.

As players embarked on their quests, they encountered rich storytelling, challenging gameplay, and an expansive world waiting to be explored. Upon its release, the game garnered critical acclaim and player praise. With its refreshing gameplay and nostalgia-inducing elements, the game captivated the hearts of RPG enthusiasts worldwide, earning it prestigious awards and accolades including my first one as Game Director at Nyx Awards in November 2022.
